1. About Curtainz & Service Overview

Curtainz.ai is a customer acquisition, marketing and project coordination platform operated by D Consultants LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It provides an AI-powered curtain visualization tool that allows users (“you”) to upload photos of their space and preview curtain styles, textures, and finishes, and connects customers with approved furnishing partners for curtain, blinds and furnishing-related solutions.

Measurements, quotations, manufacturing, supply, installation, warranties and after-sales services are performed directly by approved furnishing partners operating under their own trade licenses. Curtainz.ai is not the manufacturer, supplier or installer of products displayed on the platform. All quotations are issued by the furnishing partner responsible for the project, and prices, specifications, delivery schedules and warranty terms are subject to confirmation by the furnishing partner.

2. User-Uploaded Images & Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to images and content you upload.
License to Provide the Service: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, temporarily store, and display your uploaded images solely to deliver the Service you requested.
No Sharing or Selling: We do not share, sell, or distribute user-uploaded images to third parties, and we do not use them for advertising, training, or other secondary purposes without your explicit consent.
Retention: Uploaded images are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service and any features you opt into (e.g., saving a project). You may request deletion at any time (see “Contact Us”).
Your Responsibility: You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the images and that they do not infringe the rights of others.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate; or that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property (Service Materials)

Excluding user-uploaded content, all website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, software, features, designs, trademarks, and other digital assets associated with the Service remain the property of D Consultants LLC FZ and are protected by law. 7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curtainz.ai and D Consultants LLC FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Losses arising from manufacturing delays, installation issues, workmanship defects, product defects or warranty claims remain the responsibility of the furnishing partner performing the work.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curtainz.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai (UAE) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.
