Welcome to Curtainz.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Overview
Curtainz.ai provides an AI-powered curtain visualization tool that allows users (“you”) to upload photos of their space and preview curtain styles, textures, and finishes.
2. User-Uploaded Images & Content
- Ownership: You retain all rights to images and content you upload.
- License to Provide the Service: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process, temporarily store, and display your uploaded images solely to deliver the Service you requested.
- No Sharing or Selling: We do not share, sell, or distribute user-uploaded images to third parties, and we do not use them for advertising, training, or other secondary purposes without your explicit consent.
- Retention: Uploaded images are retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service and any features you opt into (e.g., saving a project). You may request deletion at any time (see “Contact Us”).
- Your Responsibility: You confirm you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the images and that they do not infringe the rights of others.
3. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate; or that violates third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Intellectual Property (Service Materials)
Excluding user-uploaded content, all software, features, designs, trademarks, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Curtainz.ai and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
5. Accuracy; No Professional Advice
Visualizations and outputs are for planning and visualization only. Colors, textures, and fit may vary from actual products or installations. The Service does not constitute professional design or installation advice.
6. Third-Party Links & References
The Service may reference third-party sites or vendors. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curtainz.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curtainz.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai (UAE) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law specifies otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes.
